Research partnership
The partnership project may arise from:
- OPALE's one-stop shop, which transmits an expression of interest from a company to one or more OPALE entities.
- The company, through the transmission of a precise expression of its needs to one or more OPALE entities.
- The OPALE entity through the transmission of a project to the company
The company and OPALE entity agree on a project roadmap. Together, the partners define their objectives, respective contributions, intellectual property and the exploitation of results.
The company finances all or part of the total cost of the project, depending on the terms of the agreement.
Public aid to companies
- Cifre (Conventions industrielles de formation par la recherche): enables companies to benefit from financial support for the recruitment of a PhD student whose research work is supervised both by the academic partner and the company
- ANR - LabCom program: program aimed at startups, SMEs and ETIs to create a joint laboratory (5 years) with an academic partner to develop and market an innovation
Collaborative project (multi-beneficiary partnership)
The company and the OPALE entity participate together in a multi-partner project, in response to a call for projects. Each partner carries out its part of the project with its own resources.
The project is carried out with the research funds obtained for each partner.
