Groupe Francophone des Myélodysplasies (GFM)

The purpose of the GFM is to implement, carry out and sponsor all clinical, epidemiological, pharmacological and biological research in the field of Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS), as well as all educational and / or informative actions for the medical profession and patients. The GFM brings together all the French, European and other French-speaking specialists involved in the study of MDS.

The C2RC Tumor library in Lille (Pr Claude Preudhomme) is equipped with a cryopreservation platform for the conservation of biological samples from GFM studies.

GFM tests databases include 12 active clinical studies, 3 studies are in progress to start in 2021, 4 studies are in development, 3 completed studies are in long-term patient follow-up.

Clinical data

National MDS Registry Database: Registry of Myelodysplastic Syndromes and Therapy-Related Acute Myeloid Leukemias. To date, we have 5,500 patients included with follow-up every 6 months.
