Research infrastructures

Cytometry

IRSL - Technology platform

3 missions:

  • Theoretical and practical training in the technology
  • Access to calibrated instruments (sorters and analyzers)
  • Personalized support for the design of experiments and results analysis

Genomics

IRSL - Technology platform

The main mission of the Genomics Department is to meet the needs for genomic studies related to laboratory research activities and to be open to the entire academic (INSERM, CNRS, Universities, APHP) and industrial scientific community.

Génomique

Plateforme technologique – Institut du Cerveau (ICM)

iGenSeq - The platform offers a wide range of genomic solutions for the analysis of genomes and exomes from samples of very diverse origin.

Microscopy

IRSL - Technology platform

Microscopy Department provides easy access and personalized support to modern optical microscopy techniques: confocal and multiphoton microscopy, wide-field microscopy, video-microscopy (multipoint and high-throughput timelapse).

Data center

IRSL - Technology platform

BioData Center Department provides a dual mission: support in setting up the IT tools necessary for the bio-informaticians of the Research teams, an infrastructure for calculation and analysis as well as for storage.

Animal facility

IRSL - Technology platform

Department of Preclinical Models is a common service whose main mission is to meet the needs for animal experimentation relating to the scientific activity of the IRSL in compliance with the national and European regulations in force on the Protection of animals used for scientific purposes.

Cell culture facility

Paris Brain Institut (ICM) - Technology platform

This core facility makes available a very large panel of cell culture models and up- to-date technologies to academic researchers and industrials.

Bioinformatics

TMod:  mathematical model of dendritic cell-T lymphocyte communication.

ICELLNET: method for analyzing intercellular communication from transcriptomic data.

ISAIL tool (Synergistic-Antagonistic Interaction Learner): analysis method based on machine learning for the combinatorial study of processing based on omics data.

Various sources

Molecular data

TMod: protein data about dendritic cell-T lymphocyte communication.

Transcriptomics - Dissection of intercellular communication using the transcriptome-based framework ICELLNET. (Expression profiling by array).

Transcriptomics - Sequential dendritic cell activation with innate and adaptive signals. (Expression profiling by array)

Transcriptomics - The combinatorial code governing cellular responses to complex stimuli. (Expression profiling by array).

Transcriptomics - Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) effects on primary human blood dendritic cells. (Expression profiling by array).

Transcriptomics - RNA-seq analysis of activated plasmacytoid dendritic cell subsets after viral infection (Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing)

Multi-omic data from allograft patients (microbiota and immune system analysis).
